My sims cant move without me selecting "Go Here"?

Im trying to put my baby to sleep but the icon feet is crossed out and he waves and he cant put the baby to sleep.He cant sleep anything i select wont work. Also my Wife in sims was in the lawn blurry taking a shower when the tub was in the bathroom when she was washing her hands her arms were bent back with soap while in the lawn. Mainly cant do anything i tried saving quiting....HELP
