Youtube video over 15 minutes?

so i got a notification when i uploaded on youtube saying "Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video." i then decided to upload a 20 hour long video that i made on there (i know its a little crazy) but once it was done uploading it got taken off because it was to long but it sayed i could upload longer than 15 minutes. why did it get taken off and how can i post it. its 2.53 GB if that changes anything
