My 10 year old cousin is watching inappropriate content on the Internet?

She is googling stuff like sex, nudity and stuff, how do I go about handling this situation? Should I have "the talk" with her? Should I never lend her my Laptop again? I mean when I was her age I would always google stuff like that on my uncle's computer and he found out and had the talk with me,so I guess I shouldnt be that mad, I understand, kids are exposed to so much these days, and the media is more worried about who is dating who rather than who is unemployed and what jobs are available, such sadness :(.
