Is there a way you can erase recently watch movies on netflix?

Last night like at 2pm my boyfriend pleaded me to watch some movie with him because I just got netflix. I had no idea what the movie was about, he just said it was really gory, which wasn't a big deal to me. Little did I know this movie was messed up in more ways than that, plus it had all this female nudity I didnt want to see. The movie was "Slaughtered Vomit Dolls". My problem though is that I found out today that you can view recently watched movies. My parents are going to go crazy when they see that. So is there any way to delete it or am I screwed. Thanks.
