How much sex/nudity is in "Bad Teacher"?

I'm 17, so I could see it by myself or with friends, but my dad wants to take me this weekend. How strong is the sex scene that they said is "uncomfortable" and I read they show breasts twice, so how graphic/random is it? Bottom line: is it too awkward to see with my dad?
