How can I convince my parents to let me buy L.A. Noire?

My parents are okay with letting me have rated M games but when the clerk says "Are you aware that this game contains nudity and sexual themes" my parents flip and they say no. I don't understand my parents are cool with letting me see rated R movies. BTW I'm 14
