Anime episodes to watch or download?

Hello, I have an application call "frostwire" and I was told that one could download any movie or song they'd want however it doesn't work for me, I get junk. So I want to know if someone could watch: "Inuyasha", "Cowboy Bebop", "Trigun". "Lupin the 3rd", "Shin Chan" and "Super Milk Chan" as well as other anime, Americanized anime, American, Canadian and Americanized shows from other Countries on their computers. I am fully aware that the specific episodes are given on "Adult Swim" but since I moved out of my mother's house I don't have cable television yet. Therefore I'd greatly appreciate an online website link where I can watch or a download link (for free or for cheap as well as legit and secure) or even advice on how to download from "frostwire".
